I love Boyd Hill but I dont go there because it costs money. Sawgrass and Weedon are both closer so its normally just easier to go there. Boyd Hill is free currently and its still a drive so I haven’t gone, but I finally went. Took Gil. Got pretty pictures. Broke Gil around the 1.5 mile mark. It was really too hot. - Went hiking with Gina on the Upper Tampa Bay Trail. We did 3.15 miles and it went well. I should have brought more water and I got sun burned around the edges of my shirt, but it went well. - Solidly on Keto this week. Down 5 lbs per Wed afternoon weigh in. Corona US Cases May 10 - 1,320,941 Corona US Cases May 16 - 1,457,426 Corona US Deaths May 10 - 73,895 Corona US Deaths May 16 - 82,654 Interesting things that happened this week - Spent Mothers Day with Mom, the first one since I left for college she pointed out.  I wouldn't have thought it was that long, but I was always in school or working and once I moved to Florida I rarely went north.  So it's very possible. - Went back on Keto this week.  Started on Wednesday to let me eat up leftovers and partake in a "Goodbye to Carbs" celebration of pizza.  I'm documenting everything and trying to do some marathon training along with it.  Want my marathon body back. - I have a Quarum answer that has upvotes exceeding 12k.  This makes me happy. - Started taking the dog to the Gandy Beach sometimes....

Corona US Cases April 19 -  750,718 Corona US Cases April 25 - 933,617 Corona US Deaths April 19- 35,815 Corona US Deaths April 25 - 47,916 Interesting things that happened this week - I have bought baking supplies this week.  I made macarons.  I tried to wisk egg whites until they had stiff peaks, but it was a failure.  They basically turned into sugar cookies. - I bought an electric mixer and for the second attempt I made coconut macaroons.  They were kind of stick, I think a little too much condensed milk, but they tasted fine. - Protesters have been gathering to protest the lock down and social distancing.  In Michigan they gathered in such a large group they blocked an ambulance from getting to the hospital.  The hospital stated after the fact that the ambulance wasn't on an emergency run so no lives were put in danger.  But no one at the protest knew that and i...
