Interesting things that happened this week
- Finally went hiking at Boyd Hill. I love Boyd Hill but I dont go there because it costs money. Sawgrass and Weedon are both closer so its normally just easier to go there. Boyd Hill is free currently and its still a drive so I haven’t gone, but I finally went. Took Gil. Got pretty pictures. Broke Gil around the 1.5 mile mark. It was really too hot.
- Went hiking with Gina on the Upper Tampa Bay Trail. We did 3.15 miles and it went well. I should have brought more water and I got sun burned around the edges of my shirt, but it went well.
- Solidly on Keto this week. Down 5 lbs per Wed afternoon weigh in. Weighed again Thursday after I pooped and it was 5 more than Wednesday. I’m pretty happy and it makes me motivated to stay on diet.
- Took the dog to the Dog Park, its open again. Went twice this week. They’ve painted a mural on one of the pylons and I hope they also paint the other ones. Its nice to have a little dog art at the dog park.
- Got a call that Mitch had to go to a funeral in Michigan and I headed up to Grandmas on the 30th. I’ll be spending a week or more here. There is no wifi, which is upsetting. I coudl get a lot of work done. But I can use my phone to some degree. I have little to no cell service in the living room, but its a little stronger in the bedroom. The clubhouse has wifi, so I’ll probably work down there a little bit everyday. Got grandma to go walking with me. It wasn’t very far (.3 mile) but she hasn’t been walking at all, so that makes me feel pretty good. Tomorrow I cook, unsupervised.
 - Watched the first manned spacecraft launch from Kennedy Space Center in nearly a decade.  It was Space X Dragon spaceship and it took two astronauts to the International Space Station.  It was nerve racking.  Previously they had 20 other launches with Space X and they were all successful except one.  I really didn't want to watch it blow up.  I was super happy when it was successful.  I would have liked to be in Titusville to watch it live, but it wasn't possible this time.
