Corona US Deaths May 3 - 61,704
Corona US Deaths May 9 - 72,950
Interesting things that happened this week
- I made meatloaf.
- We bought all the Winking Owl wine and have been drinking a bottle every night.
- In Michigan, a security guard was shot and killed when he instructed a family they needed a face mask to enter a store.
- My nephew was accepted to the College of William and Mary with extensive financial assistance, including room and board. George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and James Monroe all went here. Its a big deal.
- I wanted to make lobster rolls. Winn Dixie doesn't have imitation lobster and I can't afford real lobster. So I made crab rolls. It was good.
- Tracy Green passed away this week after a very long struggle with lung/brain cancer. He fought hard and even though we all knew that statistically he wouldn't win, I still kind of thought he was. Such a fighter. This has made me extremely sad.
- Went to visit the parents for the first time since I got back to Florida. They bought a house and are heading back up north soon. I don't think they should, but they need to prep the old house and set up the new house.
- Took the dog to a couple of parks and swimming at Gandy Beach.
- I'm still not working.
- States are beginning to open back up even though the coronavirus numbers continue to grow. I expect Wave 2 will come much faster than we expect.
- I'm 20 pages into my book, it's taking forever. I've chosen a title "The Book I wished I'd Read Before I drove Route 66".
