Coronavirus statistics Sept 13, 2020 Total US Cases: 6,408,335 Sept 13, 2020 Total US Deaths:  182,335 Sept 19, 2020 Total US Cases: 6,648,402 Sept 19, 2020 Total US Deaths: 187,236   Other interesting things that happened this week: Finished my Hadrian Wall Challenge on Sunday.  Stupid hurricane made it difficult to finish up, but I did it.  On Saturday, I was at Boyd Hill before 7am, waiting for the gate to open.  Got an early start before the sun made it incredibly miserable.  I saw an owl.  Very very stoked about that, of course I wasn’t carrying my camera, but now that I know its possible to see owls at dawn, I will be carrying my camera with me.   Managed to do over 7 miles that morning.  I started off the weekend with around 19 miles left.  Did 7+ miles on Sat morning, did 3+ more on Saturday night through the rain and left an easy 7.8 to complete Sunday.  I was up at dawn again, and at Weedon Island....

Corona US Cases September 6 - 6,174,251 Corona US Cases September 12- 6,374,829 Corona US Deaths September 6 - 177,384 Corona US Deaths September 12 - 181,952 Interesting Things that happened this week: - I've been doing lots of walks to finish my Hadrian Wall Challenge, but I've yet to complete a 10k in one shot, until this week.  I hit Boyd Hill early Sunday morning and I knocked it out.  The weather makes it more difficult, when its not 90 degrees, its raining cats and dogs.  But I'm hoping the weather starts chilling out a bit.  I'm wanting to sign up for more but the weather is an issue. - I made a keto friendly chicken potpie.  And no one died.  I'm pretty proud of myself and it was a pretty good meal.  I might try it again next week. - hurricane season is getting interesting. Corona US Cases August 30 - 5,893,373 Corona US Cases September 5- 6,141,077 Corona US Deaths August 30 - 171,588 Corona US Deaths September 5 - 176,942 Interesting Things that happened this week: - Got back on the walking wagon this week.  After two weeks of slacking, i got the bug back again.  I think with the plasma donation twice a week plus doing miles outside in Florida in summer, the hydration thing is taking its toll.  I try to hydrate all the time, but I don't think its enough.  Two weeks of not sweating my ass off on a semi daily basis has made me feel better. - Met with Bree at the Largo Central Nature Preserve again and we knocked out 3 miles there.  I did a little more after she left, but Bree kept up for 3 miles.  I think that was a little challenging for her but I'm excited she was able to keep it up.   - Headed...

Corona US Cases August 9 - 4,960,972 Corona US Cases August 15 -5,272,496 Corona US Deaths August 9 - 151,029 Corona US Deaths August 15 -  157,854 Interesting things that happened this week: - Bought a membership at the Lowery Park Zoo or as its been renamed ZooTampa.  Its one of the best zoo's in the country, heavily involved in the SSP (Species Survival Protection) program.  They assist with strategically breeding endangered species to help keep the blood lines alive.  They have a year old baby white rhino that is adorable.  We got stuck in a major storm on our way out.  We'd decided to check out the aviary before we left and about half way through, we got thunder that rocked the windows and sent small children into their mothers arms.  Gil took a few steps back and grabbed my arm.  It was super loud and very close.  You could hear ...

Corona US Cases August 2 - 4,597,990 Corona US Cases August 8 - 4,912,203 Corona US Deaths August 2 - 143,733 Corona US Deaths August 8 - 150,475 Interesting things that happened this week: - I've made contact with both Scott and Tom at work, its nice to make contact with old friends. - I've finished the Inca Trail Challenge in less than 2 weeks and started the largest Challenge, the Hadrian's Wall.  That one is 90 miles and I have 63 days to complete it.  Should be easy enough as long as I hit the park a few times a week.  They have other challenges and they are all much longer, but I'd like to do some of them.  But most of them have already started and it would be tough to do it in the time allotted.  I might give one a shot though. - Gil and George are bonding and the house is full of weed and music now.  After 8 hours on the phones, I can't hardly take it.  ...
