After I ate, I ran a few more errands: Best Buy to get equipment to start working from home, liquor store to get vodka to infuse under the bed again, Carlas to borrow and iron the Disney patch onto my skirt.  Aldi for dog food.  After I finished, I got back to the house and Gil wanted to head to Tampa to see about his prescription glasses.  So I unloaded the car and loaded up Gil and got him ...

Sunday afternoon, Bree and I went to a park in Lakeland.  I haven’t been on a hiking walk for a while, I’ve been very focused on getting in miles and making good times.  We went to the Circle B Bar Reserve.  This is a fantastic park.  People were out in droves.  Walkers, bikers and photographers.  There were some pretty impressive camera set ups there.  I got a bunch of shots: bald eagles, osprey, red sho...

I bought a bed frame for George.  So now he can have a bed that doesn’t hurt his back and we can put the other bed back together in the spare room.  I want to get that room up and running again so we can rent it out and start bringing i...

I did about 5 miles there, many of the paths are good and solid but they also have trails that are shared by horses, and there is a lot of sand. I really hate sand. It made walking harder and I got tired a lot easier. But I’d like to take Gil to some of the parks, it’ll be good for him to get out and about. I probably should have got a family pass, but I’m not sure how often he’ll be going with me. But having a family pass may pay for itself if we do Homosassa or Weeki Wachee, both of those parks have an admission fee of $13. I’m not sure, I’ll have to put some thought into it. Had lots of catching up to do on my Carmino De Santiago Challenge, but I was able to make up the time I missed from the bad weather and completed...
