Interesting things that happened this week
- Liberty University opened up for students to return to classes on the 25th of March. Within a week, 12 students have the virus.
- The US has hijacked shipments of facemasks on their way to German and France. Some unknown official from the US met the pilot on the tarmac of the runway in China and slipped him(her) some money to ship to the US instead.
- Florida set up checkpoint along I-95, I-75 and I-10 to block travelers. All those infected New Yorkers coming here are getting turned around now.
- A Florida megachurch opened for services and the church leader got arrested for violating stay at home orders.
- I created and ordered a "50th Anniversary" book from my Aunt Pam and Uncle George. Their anniversary was is on the 7th, but printing takes place overseas and it still has to ship. After the party was canceled, I wanted to make sure something go done. I reached out to my cousin Ricci who is about at focus and directed as Xena, but I was able to get some information from her and had her reach out to some of Pam and Georges friends so I could put the book together. I struggled with the limited info, but I stole family photos off of Facebook and I got it done.
- I finally downloaded the photos from my last week on the road, got them uploaded to Facebook and saved on my external hard drive.
- Gil and I are eating really good. And indulging in alcohol. At some point, I'm going to need to get on some kind of food/exercise program.
